WEEKEND DEAL

Includes Friday night bed (no meal)*, Saturday (breakfast, dinner & Bed), Sunday (breakfast).  Not available during school holidays.

 * Meals available Friday night but normal prices apply.

 MID-WEEK CONCESSION RATES

Available Sunday to Thursday NIGHTS ONLY.

This concession does not apply during mid term break or school holiday periods.

 Mid week Group bookings by arrangement.

LODGE BOOKING PROCEDURE

1.         Bookings must be made to the Booking Officer, Allen Rogers.

            School holiday bookings refer rule 9.

2.         Telephone Bookings:  Hours for bookings are WEDNESDAY & THURSDAYS ONLY, 6.00 - 9.00 p.m.  Bookings at other times by phone can be left on the answer phone, faxed or emailed.  For weekends, bookings close at 9.00 p.m on the Thursday night preceding.

3.         Any cancellation must be made by 9.00pm on the Thursday immediately prior to the weekend booked.  Failure to do so will incur loss of deposit for that weekend and the payment of lodge fees due.

4.         Members have preference up to 8.00 p.m Wednesday for the following weekends bookings.  Bookings will not be allocated for two successive weekends unless vacancies permit as at the preceding Wednesday.  After 8.00 pm Weds & Thursdays, bookings from members and non-members will be recorded in the order they are received.

5.         Each weekend or weeknight, one person staying will be appointed Trip Leader and he/she will work in conjunction with the Lodge Managers.

6.         ACCOUNTS FOR LODGE FEES should be prepaid to the Booking Officer at the time of booking or must be paid to the Lodge Managers before leaving.  Club Bank A/c Westpac Tauranga 030435 0541973-00

7.         Bookings will not be accepted if previous fees are unpaid or from non-financial members.

8.         Members of affiliated clubs have no preferences and are regarded as non-members.

9.         In the school holiday period, preferences will be given to family members.  Bookings must be made in WRITING to the BOOKING OFFICER, giving the individual names of the parties and must include FULL FEES for the period.  If the family doesn't arrive on the day booked or leaves early, no refund of fees will be made unless under exceptional circumstances.  In the event of excessive bookings being received, the Committee may decide the allocation of dates to ensure that as many as possible are accommodated.  Members priority bookings for the July Holidays close on Friday 6 June 2008 and for Sept Holidays, Friday 29 Aug 2008.  If any vacancies exist after those dates, bookings are open to all members.

10.       Nightly Fees:-

            These cover the night’s accommodation, evening meals and breakfast.  However meals are only available if you arrive at appointed meal hours.  Please let the Booking Officer know if you are arriving for the late sitting or do not require a meal.

            If you do not intend to return for the evening meal, please advise the Lodge Managers to avoid food

            wastage. There is no reduction in nightly fees if you do not have a meal (Friday night excepted).
